...from Coach Jenkins: We are in great need of a VIDEO CAMERA for recording events at our practices and meets. We see this as an excellent coaching tool. If anyone knows of a used camera that we could buy or have donated, please contact me here:

TIRE INNERTUBES....if you have old bicycle or automobile tire innertubes...please donate them to our track team. We use them in our STRETCH BAND EXERCISES AND DRILLS
....ALSO... any lengths of CHAINS that might be in your garage or work room...this will help us with our outdoor stretch band drills as well.
VOLUNTEERS / TIMERS are needed for our home meets (see schedule) and especially for our annual Medina Relays (April 12). More details to come
